Locate your Order ID

Search your inbox for your Innova order confirmation email and copy the Order ID.

Email us

Send an email to customercare@innova.com with your Order ID and a brief description of what's wrong with your Innova product.

We take care of it

If your claim is valid, we'll send a replacement cable, fix your screen, or replace your entire product. We cover all shipping costs.

Common questions about InnovaCare+.

The base InnovaCare+ plan covers mechanical defect protection, express replacement, priority customer support, cable replacement, and priority claim processing. Accidental damage (drops, spills, surges, and other accidents) is only covered if you add the + Accident Protection add-on at checkout.
The + Accident Protection add-on extends your InnovaCare+ plan to cover accidental damage — drops, spills, liquid damage, electrical surges, and other unexpected accidents. It's an optional add-on that costs +$30 on one-time plans. The Monthly plan includes Accident Protection automatically at $4.99/mo. Without the add-on (or a Monthly plan), accidental damage is not covered.
Every Innova product comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. InnovaCare+ kicks in after that warranty ends, so a 2-Year plan effectively gives you 3 years of coverage from your original purchase date (1 year manufacturer + 2 years InnovaCare+), and so on.
All Innova OBD2 diagnostic scanners priced at $90 or above, purchased from innova.com or Amazon within the last 2 years.
Yes. Purchase InnovaCare+ any time within two years of buying your Innova tool.

All InnovaCare+ purchases are final and non-refundable. The only exception: if we verify your original Innova order and find it ineligible for coverage, we'll automatically issue a full refund and notify you by email — no action needed on your part.
