If your claim is valid, we'll send a replacement OBD2 cable, fix your screen, or replace your entire product.

Yes — Accident Protection is included in every InnovaCare+ plan (2-Year, 3-Year, 5-Year, and Monthly). Drops, spills, liquid damage, electrical surges, and cracked screens are all covered from day one. No separate purchase or upgrade needed.
Every Innova product comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. InnovaCare+ kicks in after that warranty ends, so a 2-Year plan effectively gives you 3 years of coverage from your original purchase date (1 year manufacturer + 2 years InnovaCare+), and so on.
