Return Conditions

  • A return authorization must be requested within 30 days from the order being delivered.
  • Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.

  • If you purchased our products from TikTok Shop, please use the TikTok Shop Order page to request a return.
  • If you purchased our products from INNOVA.com, please follow the steps below for return:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at +1 800-544-4124 (Monday to Friday 6am-6pm PST excluding National Holidays) to initiate the return process. Please have your order ID number, delivery address, and zip code on hand before you call.

2. Receive Your Return Authorization: You will receive a Reference Number and it is crucial for processing your return. Please make sure the Reference Number is printed outside of the return box.

3. Prepare Your Package: Carefully package the product in its original packaging with all accessories and inserts. Include a slip with the following information inside the return box: (1) Order ID (2) Reference Number (3) First Name / Last Name (4) Return Address (5) Email (6) Phone Number

4. Ship the Product: Follow the return instructions we sent via email and ship the product back to the address below:
