1. Push the lever away from you to place the mirror in the standard position
2. Pull the lever toward you to place the mirror in the glare reduction position
Automatic anti-glare rear view mirror
The mirror automatically dims in response to the brightness of headlights from behind the vehicle, reducing reflected light.
To toggle the automatic anti-glare function On/Off:
- Press the center button on the inside rear view mirror to activate or deactivate the function.
- The indicator light turns on when the automatic anti-glare function is activated.
- For vehicles without a smart key system: The function activates each time the engine switch is turned to the 'ON' position. Pressing the button deactivates the function, and the indicator light turns off.
- For vehicles with a smart key system: The function activates each time the engine switch is turned to the 'IGNITION ON' mode. Pressing the button deactivates the function, and the indicator light turns off.
Note: To ensure proper sensor operation and prevent sensor malfunction (for vehicles with an automatic anti-glare rearview mirror), avoid touching or covering the sensor.
